Steps

1. Visit https://www.bhphotovideo.com/find/affiliates.jsp
2. Fill in the details of your website

You will receive a confirmation email, where they tell you that they are reviewing your application. Usually they reply in a few days.

Once you have been approved

1. Add the IDs to Affiliator and you are done!
